ASSESSMENTS

Assessments are typically the first step in our engagements. We use them to identify the core issues to be addressed and to inform a leader’s understanding of what is happening in the organization.

 

We use proven quantitative and qualitative methods to create a current-state picture and partner to identify the short – and long-term action that will move the organization forward.

Assessments are used to understand:

  • the current state climate of a team or organization

  • a team's strengths and areas of development

  • the skills and abilities needed for specific roles in the organization 

  • a leader's personal style, attitudes, and ways of engaging with others
