Julie Rubinstein – Principal Consultant
As an organizational effectiveness consultant for the past 25 years, the focus of Julie’s work comes from a life-long interest in how people grow as leaders. As a follower and a leader in her own right, Julie knows the impact leaders have on those they lead can reach far beyond the walls of an organization. Her vision is to live in a world where leaders are better equipped to connect, engage, and inspire those around them. She believes this is good for business and the world.
To this end, Julie’s work focuses on supporting organizations in cultivating cultures that align with their direction, building teams that can do more collectively than they can individually, and developing leaders to rise to the complex and adaptive environments in which they work.
