Our Associates
Ric Oslin
Ric is an Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Coach who specializes in helping leaders clearly define and articulate their organization's value proposition; then align their organization's culture and leadership practices.
Ric's work reflects his belief that there is no one right way to lead, nor is there only one way to design an organization. His experience has taught him that leaders are successful because they know why their customers come to them and then build their organizations to support the kind of relationship their customers expect.
Of particular note is Ric's work in the area of decision making. Recognizing that organizational culture is influenced most by how leaders lead, and that leaders often default to unconscious or "naturally preferred ways" of making decisions, Ric has created an innovative process to help executive and senior leadership teams build decision making practices that model and align with their value proposition.
Ric has served as both an Internal and External Consultant in the non-profit, public and private sectors. Ric holds Bachelors' degrees in Business and English from the University of Puget Sound, a Masters degree in Literature from the University of Chicago, and a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University. He also attended the Center for Effective Organizations program at USC's Marshall School of Business where he received his certification in Organizational Design.
